- 1.Canva offers curriculum-mapped template libraries organised by subject, grade and learning outcome. That is a browsable template collection, not generation from a specific national standard.
- 2.Lesson-plan templates rather than generated, standards-derived plans.
- 3.Slides convert into interactive quizzes; grading depth is not published in detail.
- 4.Canva is an Australian company; EU-specific education data terms are not published on the education pages.
A hollow circle means partial support and a question mark means the company has not published an answer either way — we would rather say so than guess.
Which one should you actually use?
Pick Canva for Education if…
Canva is free, genuinely excellent at design, and already installed in most schools. For visual quality, classroom display material and student creative work, it is the better tool and it costs nothing.
Pick GradeAid if…
Canva starts from a template you choose; GradeAid starts from the standard you have to cover. If you need to show that a term's material maps to Fælles Mål or the National Curriculum, that mapping is the product rather than a filter on a template library.
