Air number challenge
Jump, land and show the number with your body.
I can show numbers up to 99 as tens and ones.
A math video lesson with a free worksheet and answer key for teachers
About the video
In the video children jump, land and show a number with their bodies. At home 3 players tape a TENS square and a ONES square, first show single digits, then two jumpers show two digit numbers from 12 to 99 together. In a two digit number the left digit tells the tens and the right digit tells the ones, so 47 is 4 tens and 7 ones. The 0 in 70 matters, because without it the number would be 7.
